What
is your consultation fee?
||
Consultations for all the products and
procedures we offer are complimentary.
It is important to us that all our clients
have the information they need to make
an informed decision in regard to their
rejuvenation needs.
Do you offer financing?
||
We participate with Care Credit, a GE
Money Company. It is a personal line
of credit that is easy to apply for.
It can be done in minutes by phone or
online. Please see the link to the Care
Credit website on this page.
Do you offer gift certificates?
||
Yes! Gift certificates are available
in any denomination or for a particular
service. Call for more details.
What is your cancellation policy?
||
We request a 24-hour notice for appointment
cancellations. Any late cancellation
(less than 24-hours) could result in
a service charge. Repeated no shows
or late cancellations may require you
to pay in advance before additional
appointments can be scheduled.
Do you charge per region or per unit of
Botox?
||
Because each patient is different, we
are committed to providing only the
services that a client needs. Our Center
will only charge you for units of Botox
used because that will be different
for each client depending on the area
and the results desired.
What is your gratuity policy?
||
Although appreciated, we are a medical
facility and gratuities are not accepted.
We do however encourage you to share
your appreciation of our services with
your friends.
What kind of down time is there with the
procedures offered?
||
Down time can vary depending on the
procedure and the individual. Because
it varies widely we will discuss this
in further detail at your individual
consultation.
Do I have to remove my makeup before my
appointment?
||
Depending on the type of consultation
or procedure you will most likely be
asked to remove your makeup in order
to provide you with the most accurate
information. Facilities are available
to remove your makeup as well as reapply.
If desired we can introduce you to glo™minerals
makeup with a color matching consultation.
This service requires extra time so
be sure to request it when scheduling
your appointment.
How long does a consultation take?

On average a consultation can range
from an hour to an hour and fifteen
minutes. This is your time to become
informed so please do not hesitate to
ask questions!
Do you offer seminars or events for those
interested?
||
We offer both informative seminars to
allow for the opportunity for those
with similar interest to get together
and hear the latest information as well
as ask questions. Invitations to these
seminars are sent via email. If you
are interested in knowing when they
will be make sure to contact our office
to be put on our email list. Aside from
these seminars, we also offer fun events
such as “Botox™ and Brunch” allow friends
to get together and enjoy discounts
on services and great hostess incentives.
These events are held on a request basis.
